Please Note: Additional items have been appended to this Changelog post-publication.

Pushed to production :white_check_mark:, Pushed to Sandbox :beach_umbrella:.

Critical Updates

  • :white_check_mark: Accounts: The thresholds for automatically locking users with overdrawn CLEARING-US and RESERVE-US nodes (via the lock_overdrawn_users routine) have been updated. [Note: Added 2019-Oct-15]

    • Please note that the lock threshold for account owners (both user accounts and platform accounts) with overdrawn CLEARING-US or RESERVE-US nodes will be higher than the standard -$300 threshold for deposit accounts (e.g. DEPOSIT-US, IB-DEPOSIT-US, IC-DEPOSIT-US, SYNAPSE-US, IB-SUBACCOUNT-US, SUBACCOUNT-US, CUSTODY-US). Refer to the lock thresholds section of the Account Characteristics page for additional information.
    • Account lock thresholds are subject to change over time.
  • :white_check_mark: Loans (Flat Fee One-Time Loans): For platforms that offer interest-free one-time loans with flat fees, the type for info.flat_fee has been changed from dict to float. This change will be pushed to production in the near future.

    • In practice this means that you will now need to supply the value of info.flat_fee directly instead of supplying the value for info.flat_fee.amount as was the case previously.
    • Please also note that flat-fee loans must have 0% APR (i.e. info.interest.apr set to 0).
    • For more details refer to Apply for One-Time Loan API call and the short description for flat fee loans (including fee limits) in the API Docs.
  • :white_check_mark: Remote Deposit Capture (RDC Returns): We will now automatically send out emails to platforms that exceed RDC Return Rate thresholds, similar to other transaction return rate emails that are already sent out (e.g. ACH and Interchange Return Rate emails) [Note: Added 2019-Oct-16]

    • The email will outline overall, unauthorized, or admin RDC Return Rates (as percentages) for your platform, and indicate which of your rates are above or below allowable thresholds.

New Features

  • :white_check_mark: Client Dashboard (Statements): If a statement link in the Client Dashboard doesn’t have an associated statement PDF (i.e. PDF hasn’t been generated), clicking the statement link will now download a Statement CSV.

  • :white_check_mark: Client Dashboard (Subnets Table): The Subnets Table (Checking/Savings) now has a new status column indicating whether each subnet in the table is active or inactive.

  • :white_check_mark: Client Dashboard (Chargeback Transaction Disputes): For transaction disputes with type of CHARGE_BACK, we now provide additional fields for the dispute form in the Client Dashboard related to the merchant (e.g. “Type of Merchant or Service,” “Merchant Contacted,” “Contact Date,” and “Contact Method”).

  • :white_check_mark: Accounts (Subnets): Fixed issue where transactions were allowed to settle for inactive subnets. [Note: Added 2019-Oct-15]
    • New error message will now be generated (cannot_settle_transaction_subnet_status) when attempting to issue transactions to or from subnets that are not ACTIVE.
  • :white_check_mark: Fixed issue where loans splits (split_ratio) were not executing properly for loan amounts greater than the individual reserve amount.
